5^th grade

This week we are turning in our “Earth’s Waters” text and receiving the “Matter and Energy”. We will begin this unit with an overview of structure and properties of matter.

6^th grade

This week we will be concluding our introduction to the Taxonomy System, and moving into evolutionary adaptation theories. We will turn in our text book “Diversity of Living Things” and receive the text “Life Over Time”.

7^th grade

This week we will be concluding our space study through a student created, fictional press release focusing upon a mission to the moon. We will also be concluding our sun, moon, and stars stories.

8^th grade

This week we will be discussing cycles and their influence in the correct functioning of genetic material. The cycles we will study include Carbon, Nitrogen, Oxygen, Water, and Phosphorus.
